A solid expertise in managing the human aspects of business continuity

Preventing workplace trauma

Using a comprehensive and integrated approach, KRTS International are able to deliver solutions that are beneficial to organisations in terms of overall cost savings. We develop a partnership platform with our customers, assist them in crucial policy making decisions and offer them flexible and cost saving supply chain solutions to match the challenging human, legal and practical implications of workplace trauma.

We recognise that organisations vary greatly in their exposure to critical incidents and offer different levels of our strategic trauma consultancy service to provide flexibility according to need.

All levels include as standard:

The C-CLEARLY Assessment™
KRTS International developed their C-CLEARLY assessment tool to enable an in-depth bespoke analysis of an organisation’s areas of risk and to identify the most effective and efficient control measures to address them. The assessment is conducted in collaboration with key stakeholders and may take place face-to-face or via written communication.

A bespoke report with recommendations for control measures

A comprehensive report is prepared and sets out the findings and recommendations to ensure the human aspects of Business Continuity, including Health and Safety, are met by the commissioning organisation. An action plan with identified priorities is created.

As industry experts we study the needs and requirements of our customers, and then design a tailor made solution for them. Because of our in-depth knowledge and understanding of our business combined with our practical approach, we are able to create and provide smart and credible solutions that benefit our customers, society and the culture of the organisation.

Our Process

  • Step 1

    The C-CLEARLY Assessment™

A good strategy begins with a comprehensive Impact Analysis. KRTS International developed their C-CLEARLY Assessment™ tool to enable an in-depth bespoke analysis of an organisation’s unique areas of risk and to identify the most effective and efficient strategies and tactics to ensure recovery. The assessment is conducted in collaboration with key stakeholders.

  • Step 2

Provision of a bespoke report with recommendations for control measures

A comprehensive report is prepared that sets out the findings and recommendations to ensure the people aspects of Business Continuity, including Health and Safety, are met by the commissioning organisation. Advice will be given where gaps or adjustments to other policies have been identified. A plan with prioritised actions and deliverables will be created.

  • Step 3

Preparation of organisational Trauma Support Policy including Standard Operating Procedures

The Trauma Support Policy will consider both proactive and responsive Standard Operating Procedures. This may include an additional report on the most appropriate control measures for reducing the risks of secondary trauma within at-risk employees. Any new processes will be designed to dovetail with existing procedures and maximise the use of organisational resources.

  • Step 4

    Follow up surveillance and evaluation

Dr Liz Royle or Cath Kerr will personally offer a follow up surveillance service to review the implementation of strategies, assessing the impact of any Critical Incidents and how they have been managed. They will evaluate whether the strategy meets the agreed objectives and check that the organisation’s trauma support processes are fit for purpose. Any further recommendations or adjustments will be identified at this juncture.
